We have teams of all skill levels!

2 team practices per week (Mandatory)

1 skills training class per week (Recommended)

TDE Nutrition Guide

Each season is roughly 8-10 weeks long.

Teams will be placed in a local league (semi-competitive) or tournaments (very competitive).

Tournament teams will be entered in 6 tournaments per season.

Each tourney is 2 games minimum.

League teams have 8-12 games per season.

Game venues are typically within a 15 – 60 minute drive.

Distance may vary for District & State Qualifying Teams.

Team Fees $725 - $875

WINTER START & END DATE

 December 9th  - February 24th
Practice will be held at Kushner Academy (Livingston), Hoop Heaven (Whippany), and Xcel Sports (Fairfield).
